The present invention relates to a medical plastercast, and more specifically relates to a functional plastercast comprising: a fixed frame formed in the shape of an affected part of the body so as to surround the affected part of the body; and an air-pocket layer joined to the inside of the fixed frame. The present invention is characterised in that: it comprises the hard fixed frame formed in the shape of the affected part of the body on which it is to be worn so as to surround the affected part of the body, and the air-pocket layer joined to the inside of the fixed frame; a plurality of ventilating holes are formed in the fixed frame and the air-pocket layer; and an air injection port, for injecting air into the air-pocket layer, is formed in the upper surface of the fixed frame so as to pass through to the the air-pocket layer. |
