PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular object measuring device that can help enhance the accuracy of measurement.SOLUTION: A tubular object measuring device is equipped with a light projecting element that irradiates a light-transmitting glass tube G with a laser beam L from its outer circumferential side and a measuring head part 22 having a light receiving element that receives the laser beam L emitted from the light projecting element and reflected by the glass tube G.
