According to the present invention, a hood hinge lifting device is disclosed. The disclosed hood hinge lifting device comprises: a fixing bracket fixated to a vehicle body; an arm member rotated by a rotating shaft in the fixing bracket; an installation bracket rotationally connected to the arm member, and provided in a hood; a lock lever rotationally installed by the arm member and a hinge unit, and operated by an actuator; and a locking unit releasing locking of the lock lever with operation of the actuator while the lock lever is locked in the installation bracket, and returning to be reused. |
