PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die capable of simplifying a die structure, and improving a filling property of a molding material into a molding part on condition that sectility between a molded article and a gate part is secured; and to provide a molding method.SOLUTION: A molding die includes: a first molding tool 10; and a second molding tool 20 contactable with/separable from the first molding tool 10, for defining a molding part C between itself and the first molding tool 10.
