PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module for an inverter, which has a structure that is able to reduce parasitic inductance.SOLUTION: A power module 10 comprises: an inverter circuit 20 and a pair of conductors 31, 32. The inverter circuit 20 has a structure connecting, via respective output bus bars 23u, 23v, 23w; a positive electrode bus bar 21 extending inwards from the outside of an area sandwiched between the pair of conductors 31, 32, a negative electrode bus bar 22, and a plurality of output bus bars 23u, 23v, 23w; semiconductor elements 24a, 25a, 26a connected to the positive electrode bus bar 21; and semiconductor elements 24b, 25b, 26b connected to the negative electrode bus bar 22. Each of conductive paths formed by the positive electrode bus bar 21, element pair, and negative electrode bus bar 22 has the shape of a loop facing the pair of conductors inside the area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
