PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an induction heating coil used for induction hardening by which an induction heating coil having high quality and improved in the product lifetime can be obtained regardless of a coil shape.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an induction heating coil used for the induction hardening, the induction heating coil is formed from one or two or more internally hollow angular pipe members each internally including a cooling flow passage in which cooling water flows, includes: a first processing step S100 of forming a groove part on a surface of an auxiliary processing member along a shape of the cooling water flow passage through scraping processing; a second processing step S110 of fitting a cover member that is formed correspondingly to a shape of an opening surface, to the groove part that is formed in the auxiliary processing member, through fusion and welding; and a third processing step S120 of forming an internally hollow angular pipe member from the auxiliary processing member to which the cover member is fused and welded, through scraping processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
