PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral cavity cleansing tool and oral cavity cleansing method suitable for cleansing the mucous membrane and teeth of the whole periphery of the oral cavity.SOLUTION: A cleansing sheet comprises: a sheet composed of fibers; water contained in the sheet; a cleansing agent being resolvable with the water; and a gas generating agent. The cleansing agent resolved into the water by the gas generating agent is spread in the oral cavity by using the sheet so as to efficiently cleanse the mucous membrane and teeth of the whole oral cavity. Further, a brush 10 for use in the cleansing includes a first long and soft brush part 14 and a second short and hard brush 16 so as to be used for brushing both of the mucous membrane and teeth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
