Disclosed is an X-ray detector having a photoconductor including a current resistance layer to improve X-ray detection efficiency. The X-ray detector comprises: pixel electrodes arranged on a substrate; a photoconductor which covers the pixel electrodes; and a common electrode on the photoconductor. The photoconductor includes at least two photoconductor layers and a current resistance layer which reduces a current flow between the at least two photoconductor layers.
