PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that provides excellent image quality stability even when high image density output is continuously performed after continuous low image density output.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner for electrostatic charge image development having toner base particles and an external additive externally added to each of the toner base particles, and containing, as the external additive, silica particles (external additive A) having a number average particle diameter of 100 to 130 nm and having silicone oil on the surface, and silica particles (external additive B) having a number average particle diameter of 60 to 90 nm and having silicone oil on the surface, where the amount of free oil in the external additive A is 3 to 8%, and the amount of free oil in the external additive B is 2% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
