A method for enhancing machine, type communication between a mobile communication network and a plurality of machine type communication devices includes: transmitting an emergency mode message from a base station entity to at least one further machine type communication device, transmitting an emergency mode request from the at least one further machine type communication device to a first machine type communication device, transmitting the machine type communication data from the first machine type communication device to the at least one further machine type communication device according to the emergency mode request, and transmitting the machine type communication data obtained from the first machine type communication device via a communication link between the first machine type communication device and the at least one further machine type communication device from the at least one further machine type communication device to the base station entity. |
