FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a coated glass substrate and can be used in insulating sunscreening window glass units and vehicle windows. Glass substrate is coated with a dielectric layer, a lower contact layer, at least one infrared (IR) radiation reflecting layer of material such as silver, as well as a top contact layer containing nickel and titanium oxide, in which content of metals in said layer is 10-30 % Ni and 70-90 % Ti.
