PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cover which is easily adaptable to a plurality of kinds of artificial lung bodies having sizes different in thickness.SOLUTION: A protective cover 23 is attached to cover at least a part of an artificial lung body 22. The protective cover includes first and second frames 24, 25, one of which is arranged on the front surface of the artificial lung and the other on the rear surface thereof. The first frame has a pair of right-left fitting pieces 26 each extending to the second frame when the cover is attached to the artificial lung body, which are formed on upper and lower ends, respectively. Engagement claws 27 are formed on the front end of the engagement claws. The second frame has shoulder portions 28 extending toward the first frame when the cover is attached to the artificial lung body, respectively, on upper and lower ends. The shoulder portions each have a pair of right-left engagement holes arranged in accordance with the engagement claws and equipped with the engagement claws so that the engagement claws can be engaged, respectively. The engagement holes of the second frame includes a plurality of rows of pair of right-left engagement holes 29, 30 which are different in distance from the first frame. |
