Provided are a deodorizing cement admixture and concrete for reducing the amount of ammonia which is a toxic component. More particularly, the deodorizing cement admixture for reducing the amount of ammonia comprises a functional water reducing agent, a preservative, a strength enhancer, and an AE agent, wherein the functional water reducing agent is a water reducing agent which is a main component of a cement admixture with improved functions. Also, the concrete in the present invention has enhanced physical properties and reduced ammonia content by mixing in the cement admixture. The admixture of the present invention comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of a maleic acid ester copolymer: 20 to 50 parts by weight of polyglucose; 5 to 10 parts by weight of an air-entraining agent; 20 to 40 parts by weight of a lignin salt or naphthalene condensate; 20 to 40 parts by weight of calcium nitrate; 5 to 10 parts by weight of triethanolamine; and 80 to 200 parts by weight of dilute water.
