The apparatus has a rope winch (20) mounted on a support vehicle (12) and including a winch frame (22). A rope drum (24) is rotatably mounted around a rotational axle (26), and the rope winch is supported on the vehicle and pivoted around a pivotal axle (28) with a swivel bolt by a swivel cylinder (40). The swivel bolt releasably removes the pivotal axle, and another swivel bolt is fed to the rope winch for forming another pivotal axle, which is spaced at distance from the former pivotal axle. The rope winch is pivoted around the latter pivotal axle by the swivel cylinder. |
