An embodiment of the present invention may provide an organic light emitting display device for improving light extraction efficiency. The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate; a first reflection electrode arranged on the substrate; an organic layer which is arranged on the first reflection electrode and includes a light emitting layer; and a second reflection electrode arranged on the organic layer. At least one from the first and the second reflection electrode has a low refraction layer which has a refractive index of 1.4 or less.
