The present invention relates to a fuel supply system for an engine and a method for supplying fuel using the same. A fuel supply system for an engine comprises: a fuel gas supply line unit; a BOG compression cooling unit; an LNG pressurization heating unit; a BOG+LNG flow meter; a BOG and LNG gas analyzer; and a BOG+LNG gas analyzer. According to the present invention, the fuel supply system for an engine and a method for supplying fuel using the same can easily calculate the whole engine supply heat quantity of fuel gas supplied to an engine unit to obtain a stable engine output of the engine unit.
