The present invention relates to a supporter arrangement management system (100) which is installed at the bottom of a dock to support a hull in the case of a hull or marine structure construction. According to the present invention, the supporter arrangement management system is equipped with a laser module (110) which irradiates a laser beam to the predetermined location in which the supporter is supposed to be installed, wherein the laser modules (110) are installed at least four positions around the dock and irradiates the laser beam at the center point of the location where the supporter is supposed to be installed. According to the present invention, by using the information regarding the supporter location, a laser can mark the exact center point at the bottom of the dock such that the supporter may be arranged appropriately. After the supporter is installed, a supporter arrangement related error occurrence can be prevented through distance measurement, so the damage of a hull, dock, supporter or an accident may be also prevented.
