Disclosed is a preparation method of biodiesel and fatty acid using microalgae oil. The preparation method of the present invention can cost-effectively and efficiently prepare fatty acid alkyl ester which can be used as biodiesel fuel, aviation gasoline, and high value substances such as omega-3 fatty acid, by using microalgae oil containing impurities, free fatty acid, and unsaturated fatty acid in a large quantity. The preparation method of biodiesel and fatty acid using the microalgae oil comprises the following steps: separating and purifying impurities in the microalgae oil extracted from microalgae; separating the microalgae oil obtained after separating and purifying impurities into layers by hydrolysis or an enzymatic reaction and preparing crude fatty acid and glycerin; distilling the separated crude fatty acid and sorting the product according to the number of carbon atoms and a degree of unsaturation; and preparing a substance selected from the group consisting of biodiesel, aviation gasoline, and fatty acid having greater than or equal to 20 carbon atoms by having an esterification reaction or separation purification of the fatty acid sorted according to the number of carbon atoms and degree of unsaturation. |
