The present invention relates to a printing ink composition, and to a printing method using the same. The reverse offset printing composition comprises novolac resin; a first solvent having a boiling point of 50°C or more and less than 100°C; a second solvent having a boiling point of 50°C or more and less than 100°C; and a third solvent having a boiling point of 180°C or more, and uses a silicone blanket. The reverse offset printing composition can uniformly form a large-area micropattern.
