The present invention relates to a rotating balance weighting jig for pipe welding and a method for welding a pipe using the same. According to the present invention, provided is a rotating balance weighting jig for pipe welding, which is used for weighting balance when welding a pipe (P) having a branch pipe (12) or an attachment member including an elbow, and comprises: a support block (100); a pipe fixing port (200); a support rod (320); a fixing handle (330); a sleeve (340); a stopper (350); at least one balance weight (W); and a fixing member (370). According to the present invention, provided is the rotating balance weighting jig for pipe welding, wherein a structure is simple, and costs are inexpensive.
