The device (1) has a digital data processing unit i.e. microprocessor, controlling activation of a gripper (11) e.g. clamp for taking a load (3) and the deactivation of the gripper for depositing the load, based on the signal. A control unit comprises a manual control member formed by a movable part of a control handle (4). The processing unit controls the activation or deactivation of the gripper when preset movement and/or preset position of the movable part of the handle corresponds to an activation or deactivation setpoint of the gripper. |
