Disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing graphene. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing graphene comprises: a linearly moveable stage on which a metal substrate having a graphene layer mounted thereon; a jig which is arranged to be separated from the stage and attaches a transfer film to the graphene layer; and a driving unit connected to the jig, which partially contacts the transfer film of the jig with the metal substrate and rolls the jig.
