Heel board (1) intended to form part of the floor of a vehicle, by both the lateral edges thereof being fixed to the lateral side members of the vehicle and also the upper edge thereof being fixed to the seat floor (3) and the lower edge thereof being fixed to the front floor, the upper and lower edges extending between the two lateral edges, and the seat floor (3) being situated higher than the front floor, characterized in that the heel board (1) comprises at least two lateral reinforcements (2) each extending substantially from one of the lateral edges of the heel board (1) towards the central part of the heel board (1), the two lateral reinforcements (2) being spaced apart from each other, at least in the transverse axis direction of the vehicle, when the heel board (1) is fixed to the vehicle. |
