Mask System

A mask system, for delivery of respiratory therapy to a patient, includes a sealing portion including a nares sealing portion and a mouth sealing portion, the nares sealing portion adapted to form a seal with the patient's nares, the nares sealing portion structured to extend or curve outwardly from a supporting wall defining an air path into the nares sealing portion, the mouth sealing portion adapted to form a seal with the patient's mouth, the sealing portion adapted to connect to at least one inlet conduit to receive a supply of pressurized, breathable gas. The mask system also includes a headgear for retaining the sealing assembly in position on the head of the patient.
