In order to suitably join a porous body flow path and a shield plate, a flow path member 50 is manufactured by contacting an upper electrode 731 to a porous body flow path 40, contacting a lower electrode 733 to a shield plate 45, and spot welding the porous body flow path 40 and the shield plate 45. A pressing deformation amount of the shield plate 45 by the lower electrode 733 is smaller than a pressing deformation amount D of the porous body flow path by the upper electrode 731.
