PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which a coupling-agent film is sufficiently retained on a noncrystalline (diamond-like) carbon film formed on a substrate.SOLUTION: Provided is a laminate in which a noncrystalline carbon film having an introduced silicon and oxygen atom, having a surface hydroxyl group, and having an IR Si-O bond peak, is utilized; the carbon film can be formed by CVD, and a silane coupling-agent layer having excellent adhesion durability and bond-state uniformity, can be formed on the carbon film; and said carbon film allows the carbon film to possess capability such as water- and oil-repellency, wear resistance, chemical resistance, low friction property and non-stickiness.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
