Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is an addressing method: a user equipment (UE) determines the configuration information of an uplink position signal; and the UE carries, according to the determined configuration information, an identifier thereof in the uplink position signal to transmit to a network side, such that the network side determines the addressing information of the UE according to the identifier of the UE, and conducts addressing according to the identifier and addressing information of the UE when required to address the UE.
