摘要 PURPOSE:To attain one chip constitution of a light emitting element and a light receiving element in respective unit by setting a lighting wavelength band of the light emitting element on one unit longer than the wavelength band of the light receiving element so as to avoid the interference between the light emitting element and the light receiving element in respective unit even when they are placed closely together. CONSTITUTION:The lighting wavelength of the light emitting element La (center wavelength lambda2) is set longer than the wavelength band (peak sensitivity wavelength lambda1) of the light receiving element Pa in a way that the spectrum distribution of the light emission of the light emitting element La and the light reception of the light receiving element Pa in one unit A is in a relation shown in figure. Since the cut-off characteristic of the long wavelength side of the light receiving element Pa is sharp, even when the light emitting element La and the light reception element Pa are provided closely, the light emitted from the light emitting element La does not give interference to the light receiving element Pa to miniaturize the unit A.
