PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for creating an upper air duct which causes no blockage, and/or maintaining the upper air duct which causes no blockage.SOLUTION: A device is configured to be fitted to an external position which substantially corresponds to a soft tissue of a subject related to a trigonum cervicale anterius on a lower part of a lower jaw of the subject adjacent to the neck of the subject. The device can apply negative pressure to a surface of the neck of the subject, displace the soft tissue forward, for spreading an air duct. While providing a cloth vent layer between the device flange and a skin of a user, the device can be surely positioned. An outside textile is a soft and rough mesh-state textile for promoting circulation of air on the neck, and is fastened to a rear side in a snap type or by a Velcro tape. An inside textile is a vent layer, and an inside layer is sewn to the outside textile on an outer edge of the device. For providing a gap for putting tissue in the device by vacuum, an additional material is sandwiched inside of the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18 |
