PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper business environment for enhancing a user's incentive to recharge when recharging virtual currencies and enhancing profitability of facilities in which the recharge of the virtual currencies is executed and a proprietor operating the facilities.SOLUTION: A virtual currency management system 1 is configured to provide a proper amount of recharge by changing recharge rate information of a recharge rate to be recommended for each user recharging virtual currencies on the basis of user information about a user such as recharge when recharging virtual currencies, for improving convenience when the user recharges virtual currencies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
