The invention provides a picking carrier capable of completely reducing the burden for an operator, a picking facility having the picking carrier, and a method of using the picking carrier. A picking trolley (1) comprises a shelf trolley (2) moving the loaded products, and an operation-assisting trolley (3) which is carried with operation-assisting devices (42-48) and is freely combined with and separated with the shelf trolley (2).
