The present invention relates to a jig used to construct a bobsleigh track, a refrigerant pipe-jig assembly manufactured using the same, and a bobsleigh track constructing method using the same. The jig (1) for fixedly installing a refrigerant pipe (3) for freezing a bobsleigh track comprises a member having a curved arc-shape corresponding to the section of the bobsleigh track, the section having the shape of a half-pipe, and has multiple inner concave grooves (10) formed on an inner edge thereof in such a manner that the multiple inner concave grooves (10) are formed along the curved arc-shape at intervals to allow the refrigerant pipe (3) to be inserted into and be fixed. In addition, the present invention provides an assembly where the jig and the refrigerant pipe are coupled. Furthermore, the present invention provides a bobsleigh track constructing method using the same. According to the present invention, the quality of ice can be improved, and the speed of freezing can be increased.
