PURPOSE: An antibacterial organic/inorganic composite and a method for extracting cationic peptide are provided to prevent releases of material which causes dissolution heavy metal and turbidity. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial organic/inorganic composite contains 300-600mg of cationic peptide in 1g of silicate mineral by ion exchange. The cationic peptide contains same or different two or more amino acid of lutamic acid, proline, methionine, or arginine. The composite is obtained by adsorbing cationic peptide to layered silicate mineral in which metal cation is removed. |
