The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a composite of nanometal with nanocarbon material. The method includes the steps of: carrying out surface modification of the surface of a conductive nanocarbon material to introduce a functional group to the nanocarbon material; making the surface modified nanocarbon material react with a mixture of an isocyanate-based compound and a pyrimidine-based compound to form a carbon nanomaterial dispersion reactive to metal ions; adding a metal salt precursor, a reducing agent and a solvent to the nanocarbon material dispersion to obtain nanometal particles; and separating the nanometal particles containing the nanocarbon material. According to the method, the nanocarbon material reactive to metal ions through the reaction of the nanocarbon material with a mixture of an isocyanate-based compound and a pyrimidine-based compound is used as an additive to obtain a nanometal that shows a low-dimension shape of three dimension or lower. In addition, the formation of a composite with the nanocarbon material is carried out simultaneously with the formation of the nanometal. Further, the functional group formed by the reaction with a mixture of an isocyanate-based compound and a pyrimidine-based compound ensures solvent dispersibility, thereby making it easy to prepare conductive ink or paste. |
