The present invention relates to a peripheral component interconnect (PCI) device. A PCI device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first memory which includes a plurality of page buffers; a base address register which includes a plurality of base addresses; a first address translation unit which converts the plurality of base addresses into a plurality of virtual addresses, respectively; a plurality of map table entries which are respectively accessed in accordance with the plurality of virtual addresses; and a map table which maps each of the plurality of virtual addresses to any one of the physical addresses of the plurality of page buffers. The first address translation unit translates the plurality of virtual addresses into the physical addresses, respectively, using the map table.
