The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vegetation structure for a water discharge capable of obtaining a pollutant reducing effect by being installed in a lower part of a pier. To achieve the same, the present invention provides a non-point pollutant source reducing facility for the cylindrical pier using concrete vegetation blocks including first concrete vegetation blocks installed in the lower part of the pier to be mutually connected in a circumference direction of the pier and having a first intake unit on a top surface and second concrete vegetation blocks installed to be mutually connected in the circumference direction of the pier between the first concrete vegetation blocks and the ground while being installed in at least one layer. When water in the first concrete vegetation block flowing in through the first intake unit of the first concrete vegetation block flows downward due to its own weight, the water spirally flows to the lower side. |
