PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a rib material capable of being easily manufactured and excellent in designability, a method of manufacturing a decorative panel, the rib material, and the decorative panel.SOLUTION: A rib material 1, which is one example of a rib material subjected to application of the present invention, includes a rib body 2 and a decorative sheet 3 stuck on the rib body 2. The rib body 2 is formed into a prismatic member with a longitudinal direction by processing a material plate serving as a base material, by an after-mentioned manufacturing method.
