CONSTRUCTION TOY WITH PLANAR MODULES AND SEPARATE CONNECTORS

Novelty: a construction toy with planar modules and separate connectors is disclosed. Constitution: various basic planar modules (square, parallelogram, pentagonal, hexagonal and rhomboidal modules) having at their sides adequate connection recesses (2); two planar circular connectors (5) are also provided to interconnect plural modules by insertion of the former into the recesses (2) of these last. All the basic modules are of the same thickness (p); all the recesses formed on the module΄s sides are of equal depth (k) and width (w) and set in vertical position relative to the basic module level and the side of the basic module where they are found. The thickness (w) of the planar circular connector (5) is equal to the width (w) of the recesses (2) of the basic modules while its diameter (d) is double the depth (k) of said recesses plus the thickness (p) of the basic modules. Purpose: to create three-dimensional constructions upon union of the basic constructional modules by the circular connector (5) able to connect plural basic modules under whatever angle.
