A method provides previously treated with disinfection means the seed material wetting by means of sprinkling-spraying bioactivating agent water solution of 18-22ºC temperature containing lucriadin and then, double-stage drying thereof; at that, said water solution is prepared with 10-15 l water and 10-30 ml bioactivating agent containing lucriadin.
