PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a rotary electric machine apparatus that: it has been the mainstream for a circuit between a rotary side and a stationary side of the apparatus to be formed of a slip ring capable of utilizing both power circuit and signal circuit, but the slip ring is becoming less adaptive as a circuit signals increases its speed; however, because the power circuit continues to rely on the use of the slip ring, a light-weighed, small-sized circuit apparatus has not yet been developed, which has circuit functions of the power circuit and high-speed communication signals.SOLUTION: A rotary circuit apparatus of the present invention has become smaller than a slip ring, by applying an electrode pair having an electric conductor or a dielectric being arranged between the electrodes. Further, the circuit apparatus having circuit functions of both power circuit and signal circuit can be achieved with a light weight and a small size, by forming a high-speed signal circuit with spacial optical communication using opto semiconductor elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
