PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection system and the like that are capable of appropriately conducting the quantitative evaluation of visibility.SOLUTION: An inspection system 3 includes a photographing system 30 and a PC 38. The photographing system 30 receives, by a camera 34, inspection light 36 reflected by a laminate in a touch panel sensor 1 which laminate reflects light emitted by a light source 32, and take photos. The camera 34 can obtain the optical spectrum of light from the laminate in a photographing range. The PC 38 calculates the optical spectra of an inspection region 42 on a transparent conductive layer 18 in the touch panel sensor 1 and a comparison region 43 from an optical spectrum at each point, and on the basis of this and relative visibility, calculates visibility index values i for both region. Then the PC compares the visibility index values i obtained for the inspection region 42 and comparison region 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
