PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor element manufacturing method in which a density of a crystalline material film is high to enable high carrier mobility and a long carrier diffusion length to be achieved; and provide an organic semiconductor element which can achieve excellent device characteristics.SOLUTION: An organic semiconductor manufacturing method comprises the steps of: storing a laminate which has a base material and a crystalline material film formed on the base material in a bag body composed of a sheet with a thickness of 0.1-40 μm and exhausting a gas in the bag body to seal the bag body; and applying isotropic pressure to the laminate via the bag body to manufacture an organic semiconductor element.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
