PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise gate capable of solving, with a new approach, the setting of a threshold level having inconsistent demands.SOLUTION: A second threshold level can be set so that noise level does not exceed it even when a noise exceeding a first threshold level occurs due to a power supply environment or occurs from a substrate. In an initial state when an electronic keyboard musical instrument is switched on, the operation is performed at the second threshold level.
