FIELD: instrument making.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to brewing device for espresso and freshly brewed coffee, in which brewing chamber of brewing unit is equipped with water pump of constant rate and is connected to first outlet coffee pipeline, controlled calibrated valve, and second outlet coffee pipeline via three-way contact-controlled switching valve, which is formed in compression piston for closing brewing chamber and is intended to be set in normal open position, in which first and second outlet pipelines and supply line communicate with each other, and for switching for use and oppositely to spring in closed position, in which second outlet pipeline is closed, and first outlet pipeline is connected to supply line.EFFECT: invention provides improved brew process for drinks, in its turn being cheap and easy to manufacture.20 cl, 7 dwg |
