The present invention relates to a mouthpiece (1) comprising: a U-shaped vestibular flap (8) having a central portion (14) with a through-opening (4) for the passage of gas, and two lateral portions (16, 18) extending on each side of the central portion (14) in such a way as to form the two branches of the U; a lingual flap (10) having a central portion and two lateral portions (22, 24) extending on each side of the central portion; and a vestibulo-lingual plate (12) intended to be positioned in the occlusal plane of the jaw of the user, the vestibulo-lingual plate (12) at least partly connecting the vestibular flap (8) and the lingual flap (10), in which the central portion of the lingual flap (10) has no upper part extending above the vestibulo-lingual plate (12). |
