PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer efficiently printing a plurality of job data.SOLUTION: A printer 1A having a plurality of trays accommodating printing paper and switching the plurality of trays on the basis of printing job data comprises: a trays setting first determination section 222 determining whether or not attribute information of the printing paper instructed by first printing job data is the same as attribute information of the printing paper capable of being supplied from the trays; a trays setting second determination section 224 determining whether or not attribute information of the printing paper instructed by second printing job data is the same as the attribute information of the printing paper capable of being supplied from the trays when the trays setting first determination section 222 determines two pieces of attribute information to be different and receives the second printing job data subsequent to the first printing job data; and a priority printing determination section 226 determining printing on the basis of the second printing job data prior to the first printing job data when the trays setting second determination section 224 determines two pieces of attribute information to be the same as each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
