APPARATUS FOR SCHEDULING TRANSMISSION OF DATA UNIT IN BASE STATION

An apparatus for scheduling the transmission of a data unit in a base station is provided to control the transmission priority of a data unit by considering a QoS(Quality of Service) in a base station. A service identifier(710) identifies a service related to a non-ARQ(Automatic Repeat reQuest) transmission queue among plural data services that a terminal uses, and transmission priority(720) means the transmission priority of a data service that a terminal uses. A transmission control device schedules the data unit based on re-determination of the transmission priority related to the data unit. A non-ARQ transmission queue stores the data unit that is not transmitted based on the ARQ transmission method. If the ARQ transmission method is not used, the information for the retransmission is not stored.
