To improve reliability and reduce calculation time, the present invention relates to a method for measuring the power consumption of an integrated circuit device which includes a plurality of clock gating cells which are driven by a plurality of driving signals and receives a plurality of input clocks for gating the input clocks. The method of the present invention comprises: a step of determining a power state of the integrated circuit device according to the states of the driving signals and the states of the input clocks; and a step of calculating the power consumption of the integrated circuit device according to the determined power state. |
