The present invention relates to a device configured to very accurately pan and tilt a camera mount device at a high speed and vertically move the camera mount device upward and downward along the surface of a column by using a screw, a motor, and a bearing in order to achieve the high speed, high accuracy, and height of a camera pan/tilt device. The present invention provides a new type of high-speed and high-resolution camera pan/tilt device that can very accurately pan and tilt at a high speed by using a motor-screw driving method and can move along a rail to change its height, thereby ensuring a function of effectively tracking a target to be monitored that moves slow or fast in a short or long range and achieving a simple structure, a low cost, and an economic benefit. |
