It is described a method for manufacturing an outer rotor (102) for an electrical generator; the method comprising: releasably attaching plural magnets (101) at a circular auxiliary structure (103) so that radially inner surfaces (225) of the magnets (201) are aligned to comply with an intended inner diameter (2*r0) of the rotor (102); applying a bonding material (331,333,337) at least in contact with radially outer surfaces (323) of the magnets (201,301) and circumferentially between magnets (201,301), in order to fix the aligned magnets (201,301) in place. |
